Automatic palletizing machines are divided into two types based on their level of intelligence: robotic palletizing machines and mechanical palletizing machines.
Automatic palletizing machines are divided by industry into: palletizing machines for food and beverage industry, automatic loading palletizing machines for cement, industrial product palletizing machines, etc.
Automatic intelligent palletizing machines can be divided into robot palletizing machines and mechanical palletizing machines according to their level of intelligence
Divided by working mode: magnetic palletizer, side push palletizer, servo palletizer, robot palletizer
Below are introductions to magnetic palletizers, side push palletizers, servo palletizers, and robot palletizers.
Magnetic palletizer: using magnetic suction transfer type, used for palletizing products such as tin cans, glass bottles, and iron caps.
Side push palletizer: The structural skeleton is welded and combined, sturdy and durable, with adjustable base function. The main lifting platform is driven by SEW motor, and the entrance acceleration conveyor belt separates the incoming boxes. The stacking area is powered by drum conveyor, pallet output, and free drum conveyor belt, occupying a large space and suitable for stacking various types of packaging such as cardboard boxes, plastic boxes, film bags, and barrels.
Servo palletizer: adopting four axis servo control, the code output position is neat and beautiful, occupying a small area. In some occasions, it can replace robot palletizing, and the gripper can be changed according to customer speed requirements to grasp multiple boxes at once, in order to improve palletizing efficiency. Suitable for palletizing products such as cardboard boxes and film bags.
Robot palletizer: Robot palletizer is a high-tech product that integrates mechanics and electronics. Medium and low-level palletizers can meet the production needs of low to medium output. We can stack various products such as material bags, rubber blocks, and boxes according to the required grouping method and layers.
